Fernor
Fernor is a French variety which foliates & blooms in late spring which lowers the chance of being effected by late spring frosts. Also it’s highly resistant to blight. Fernor’s fruits grow on lateral buds which makes its possible for tight planting. Saplings mature relatively earlier comparing to other varieties.
Fruits are large, its shell makes it possible to extract kernel easily. Fernor’s kernel is light colored and good in flavor. Fernor can be used as pollinator for Fernette to improve overall yield and also Fernette pollinates Fernor, vice versa.
